01 SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are shipped directly from our home base in Toledo, Ohio. We partner with trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely, on time, and in pristine condition.
Shipping Options
● Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
● Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Processing & Dispatch
● Orders placed Monday–Friday before 3:00 PM EST are processed the same business day.
● Orders placed on weekends or after the cutoff will be processed the next business day.
● A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent as soon as your order is dispatched.
Carrier Delays & Package Issues
● Infinity Hair & Beyond is not responsible for carrier delays, packages marked "delivered" that are lost or stolen, or delivery issues resulting from an incorrect address submitted at checkout.
● If your package is lost or stolen, you must file a claim directly with the carrier. Our team will assist with supporting documentation wherever possible.
International Shipping
● We currently ship to select international destinations. Availability is displayed at checkout.
● All duties, taxes, customs fees, and import charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in the order total and are not collected by Infinity Hair & Beyond.
