Hair extensions: how damaging is it?

I’m my opinion as a Cosmetologist, hair extensions can be damaging to the hair depending on the installment.

- Braids for sew-in my be too tight, which can pull the hair and cause baldnes.

-Hair glue can damage the hair if not protected before installation. Such as, wearing a weave cap, or a weave bond solution.
